Do you specialize in any particular destinations?
While we love exploring the entire world, we have certain regions where our travel experts possess in-depth knowledge and experience. First of all entire eastern half of Poland belongs to this category. Feel free to inquire about your dream destination, and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can help and create the perfect itinerary for you.
Do you offer custom travel packages?
Absolutely! We believe travel should be a personal experience. For custom tailored itineraries we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. We tailor each itinerary to your specific interests, pace, and budget. In addition to bird watching tours, what sets us apart are our specialized tours dedicated to bird and wildlife photography.
How much does your service cost?
The cost of our trips will vary depending on your chosen dates, destination, travel style, desired activities, and duration. Current tour prices are listed on our website in the Tours section. Contact us for a free consultation to discuss your travel dreams and receive a personalized quote.
What is included in the trip cost?
It includes everything what is necessary to make your tour run smoothly – except your flights. That covers accommodation, transportation, meals, local guides, permits, tickets to some areas and facilities, like watch towers, boardwalks, local fees and taxes etc. Detailed breakdown of inclusions and exclusions for every tour is shown on a webpages describing each tour in details.
How do I book a trip with BirdGuide.pl?
The easiest way is to use our online booking system. There are four simple steps:
1. After choosing a tour, use “Check Availability” button to see all departure dates shown in a calendar.
2. Browse the tour starting dates and click the one you like, then press “Continue” button.
3. Enter desired number of seats and use “Proceed to Checkout” button.
4. Fill in Billing Details form with your contact details and press “Confirm Booking”.
Confirmation of your booking with all details needed to securely pay your deposit will be sent to the email address you’ve provided.
Another way of booking your trip is to contact us through our website, email or phone. We’ll discuss your travel preferences and create a customized offer. Once finalized, you will get an email with all the details needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Currently our booking system works on “Book Now – Pay Later” basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
